Shipping Options
• Free Express Shipping on all orders over $130 AUD
• A flat $15 AUD shipping fee applies to orders under $130 AUD
All orders are shipped via Express Post through Australia Post or our designated courier partners, ensuring fast and reliable delivery.
Delivery Timeframes
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once dispatched, delivery times may vary based on your location, but most orders arrive within 1–3 business days.
Please note: Remote or regional areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
Important Delivery Information
• Shipping is available within Australia only.
• Pure Footwear is not liable for lost or stolen parcels once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your delivery address is secure.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel online.
Click & Collect
Our Click & Collect service is available at select Pure Footwear retail stores.
How it Works
1. Select Click & Collect at checkout and choose your preferred store location.
2. You will receive a notification by email or SMS once your order is ready for pickup (usually within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays).
3. Bring a copy of your notification and a valid photo ID when collecting your order.
Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before visiting the store.
Returns
Not quite what you had in mind? No worries – we make returns easy!
You have two simple options to return or exchange your item:
• Complete the Return Request Form. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we’ll email you all the information you need to return your item.
• Drop by one of our physical locations for a quick in-person return.
Please keep in mind the following return conditions:
• Items must be returned within 30 days for change of mind returns.
• Sale items are not eligible for change of mind returns.
• Faulty or items with manufacturing faults maybe returned for a refund or exchange. Proof of purchase will be required.
• All returned or exchanged items must be in 'as new' condition, including original packaging and proof of purchase.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping and any related costs.
• Due to hygiene standards, socks and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Gift vouchers cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
• Pure Footwear reserves the right to refuse returns on items that are damaged or show signs of wear.
